Welcome to Tiffi – Everyday Food. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or placing an order, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Service Overview: Tiffi – Everyday Food provides fresh, daily meal delivery services for homes and offices in Karachi, Pakistan.
1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
1.3 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Ordering & Payment
2.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, or WhatsApp. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
2.2 Pricing & Payment: All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Payment can be made via cash on delivery (COD), online payment, or any other available method.
2.3 Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed (for prepaid orders) or acknowledged (for COD). You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
2.4 No Cancellation & No Refund: Once an order has been paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified. As our meals are freshly prepared, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to order cancellations, dissatisfaction, or errors in the provided information.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery Area: Our services are available only within Karachi. Orders outside serviceable areas may not be accepted.
3.2 Delivery Time: We strive to deliver meals on time. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues may occur.
3.3 Recipient Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Failure to receive the order may result in cancellation without a refund.
4. Product Quality & Allergens
4.1 Freshness Guarantee: We ensure that meals are prepared fresh daily. If you experience issues with food quality, please contact us immediately.
4.2 Allergy Disclaimer: Our meals may contain allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.
5. Customer Conduct
5.1 Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
5.2 Misuse of Service: Fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Tiffi – Everyday Food and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or technical issues.
7.2 Food Safety: While we maintain the highest hygiene standards, we are not responsible for mishandling of food post-delivery.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection: By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Third-Party Services: We may integrate third-party payment or delivery systems. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.
9. Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
